USPS money orders are preferred and will ship immediately. Personal checks, bank checks or other money orders are accepted but will hold until clear. No credit card or credit card check sales.

Layaway

1/3 down, 1/3 due in 30 days, balance                     due in 60 days. 20% of sale price                           restocking fee on cancelled orders.

  Consignments

All consignments are handled          confidentially. Fee structure is based on the
seller's asking price and type & quality of the
individual article. Typically this is 20% but
will be adjusted for higher end items or
multiple pieces.Complete terms disclosed by      written agreement at acceptance.

Shipping

We will ship as specifically governed by
state and federal law. No exceptions !!!

It is the BUYERS responsibility to make certain
any item shipped is legal in the BUYERS
jurisdiction.

FFL required on all modern firearms as appropriate. Currently dated, signed copies are accepted by email or include copy in envelope
with payment. Antiques will require copy of
drivers license or government issued ID to ship.

It is the buyer's responsibility to insure I receive
an FFL from the receiving dealer.
I don't have time to chase it.

Shipping to 01 FFL dealers is usually $20-$30 depending on box or case shipping with a handgun.  Shipping directly to a C&R holder is substantially more due to shipping requirements. All shipments are insured for the full sale price so higher price items may require additional insurance charges.

I may ship to California in the future, if I can
figure out their whacky laws but that is
on hold for now. Sorry.
